These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by True North Coaches Inc. (“TNC”, “we” or “our”). By accessing or using our bus services, you (“user,” “passenger,” or “you”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Ticketing and Reservations

  • All tickets are subject to availability.
  • All tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website or authorized ticketing channels.
  • All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Ticket Cancellation Policy.

Boarding and Departure

  • Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding location at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • TNC reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who arrives late or fails to comply with boarding procedures.

Luggage and Belongings

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and must ensure they are securely stored during the journey.
  • TNC is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal belongings.

Passenger Safety and Conduct

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol or drugs, and any form of disruptive or offensive behaviour are strictly prohibited on board our buses.
  • Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by staff and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner toward fellow passengers and staff.

Service Dog

  • If any passenger travels with a service dog, they must contact customer service in advance to confirm availability of space. As TNC uses minivans, buses, coaches and similar vehicles, the space is limited and additional seats may be needed to accommodate the service dog.

Schedule and Delays

  • TNC makes every effort to adhere to published schedules; however, departure and arrival times may change without prior notice due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • TNC will not be liable for any inconvenience, delays, losses, or expenses resulting from schedule changes or service disruptions.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • TNC strives to provide a safe and comfortable travel experience. However, TNC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • TNC does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided on our website or any linked websites.

Amendments and Updates

  • TNC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the passenger’s responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes.
