Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws. True North Coaches agrees to provide professional charter transportation as detailed in your specific booking confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

A quote is not a confirmed booking. Bookings are finalized only upon receipt of a signed contract and the required deposit. Full payment is generally due 14 days prior to the date of service, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be provided in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure may receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 14-30 days incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

4. Liability

True North Coaches is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We maintain full commercial insurance as required by Ontario regulations.

5. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers beyond normal wear and tear. Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate service for disruptive behavior.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the City of Toronto.
